DECISION MAKER — PRIVACY POLICY

This policy covers Decision Maker: Spin the Wheel, a mobile app for iOS and Android published by Shining Muffin LLC. It is separate from the privacy policy of the shiningmuffin.com website, which covers browsing our site.

1. WHAT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE

The wheels you create, your settings, your coins and your themes are stored on your device. We do not receive them unless you publish a wheel to the Community (section 3). If you uninstall the app, they are deleted from your device.

2. WHAT THE APP COLLECTS

• Usage analytics: which screens and features are used, with a random app identifier, so we can understand how the app is used and improve it.
• Crash reports: when the app fails, a technical report with the device model, operating system version and the state of the app, so we can fix the error.
• Advertising: the free version shows ads. Our ad partners may use your device's advertising identifier and approximate location to show and measure ads, according to the choices you make in the consent and tracking prompts.

3. COMMUNITY AND CREATE WITH AI

When you publish a wheel to the Community, its title and options are sent to our server and shown to other people who use the app in the same language. You choose what to publish, and you must accept the community rules each time.

When you use Create with AI, the description you type is sent to our server to generate the wheel. We do not keep it.

So you can remove your own wheels, so we can limit how many wheels are published per day and so we can handle reports, the app creates a random identifier on your device and sends it with these requests. It is not your name, your email or your advertising identifier, and we do not use it to track you or for advertising.

There are no profiles, messages, likes or comments in the Community. Published wheels are checked automatically, wheels containing contact details are rejected, and other people can report a wheel or block its author; a wheel that gets several reports is hidden.

4. PURCHASES

The PRO version is bought through the App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation of the purchase, never your payment details.

5. RETENTION

A published wheel stays in the Community until you remove it from the app or it is removed through moderation; removing it deletes it from our server. Reports are kept as long as they are needed to moderate. Analytics and crash reports are kept by the providers below according to their own retention periods.

6. WHO PROCESSES THIS DATA

We do not sell your information. It is processed by the providers that run parts of the app on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, which hosts our server, the Community and the AI that generates wheels.
• Google (Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Analytics, AdMob) and Amplitude, for crash reports, analytics and ads.
• Unity Ads and Meta Audience Network, which may serve ads through AdMob.
• Apple and Google, for purchases.

7. CHILDREN

Decision Maker is suitable for all ages. We do not ask for names, emails or any account, and the Community has no way to contact other people.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

You can remove any wheel you published from the Community at any time. To ask what we hold or to delete anything else, write to info@shiningmuffin.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page.
